Kindly contact us immediately. I received an item that was damaged in transit. What to do now? Please contact us immediately. We will guide you through the return process and give you a replacement or refund if approved.

Can I change the delivery address after shipment?

After order shipment, the delivery address cannot be changed. But you can email us (Paracleteimages@proton.me) the concern, we will try to resolve it.
